Return Policy
Easy 2-Day Exchange Policy (Only in case of damaged item received) If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it from RSG Solutions within 2 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for exchange. You may initiate a return or exchange, by phone or live chat Fill out the Online Return Form Get an Return Ticket Number by initiating the process by contacting us by phone or live chat Pack Your Item Properly Place your item back into the original manufacture’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged.
Ship Your Item With Return LabelSecurely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Policy
Most orders qualifies for free shipping within India by road. Delivery Time In-stock domestic shipment are usually shipped the same day of order and takes 7-10 days.
Order placed after 6pm Fridays will ship the next business day. An estimated delivery time of each product will be displayed on the product order page. You can also live chat with us for further detail. On placing your order, you will receive an email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to Connect Media containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Delivery timeframes are just estimated and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes and should not be relied upon as such. Deliveries to certain locations may take longer than expected due to accessibility of the location and serviceability by the logistics service provider.
Refunds & Credits Policy
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will initiate the exchange. Please allow 5-7 days to complete the exchange. Please note: Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
